    Other options to report information:
In December there will be more juvenile justice hearings. I hope it is very clear about the locations, times and dates. I hope more individuals find confidence to follow Sue Henry's suggestion.

She asked the public if they believe the District Attorney's Office testimony at the Juvenile Justice hearings held this week in Luzerne County.

WILK 103.1FM commentator Sue Henry stated: People, kids, young adults, parents need to testify.

"If you told them and they did not listen, if you have that moxy call Lisa Baker's Office." , Henry added.

    Here is the website http://senatorbaker.com

There is plenty of time to present the facts. People will listen. Perhaps you are fearful or have given up. There is a support system for you.

Please tell your story! Now is the time.
Contact the chairman Judge John Cleland through the Commission's attorney. His name is Darren Breslin. Call at 215-560-6300, or e-mail him at darren.breslin@pacourts.us.

    PLEASE READ THIS ARTICLE:

There have been 3 days of hearings so far and no testimony from victims or their families.

    http://www.citizensvoice.com/news/juvenile_justice_panel_not_getting_full_story

The victims must be heard. Please go forward to assist wtih reform and to help prevent this from happening again.

Greed was the goal. How much money do you need?

To defend the actions that resulted in more power and financial gain is not respected by me. Read this editorial in the Times Leader:

Juvenile Law Center Launches Online Survey for Families
    November 16, 2009

    Juvenile Law Center website: http://www.jlc.org
Juvenile Law Center is seeking input from youth and families across the state who have had personal experience with Pennsylvania’s juvenile justice system—specifically, on issues being addressed by the Interbranch Commission on Juvenile Justice.
    Go to this link: http://jlc.org/luzerne/

The Commission was formed not only to investigate the Luzerne County judicial corruption scandal , but also to make recommendations for statewide improvements to Pennsylvania’s juvenile justice system. Juvenile Law Center is preparing a report and recommendations for submission to the Commission, as well as other stakeholders in PA, and will include family stories in this report.

To share your story go to jlc.org/shareyourstory. If you have questions about this survey please send them to JLC at shareyourstory@jlc.org.

For issues, questions or concerns not addressed by the JLC survey you may also contact Wendy Luckenbill, Child Policy Coordinator at the Mental Health Association in PA, at wluckenbill@mhapa.org or 866-578-3659.
