Hazleton Area officials testify at kids-for-cash hearing

Former Hazleton Area High School Principal Clarence John told the Interbranch Commission on Juvenile Justice today that in the two cases in which he appeared to testify against students in front of former.........

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES AND THE COLUMBINE INCIDENT are A REFERENCE FOR THE "NO NONSENSE" Judges.

The testimony by John ended and conceded with rehabilitation and pro-active prevention approaches as better solutions.

When you read this aritcle you might think there was no problem.
Interesting? So these judges did not harm the system? They did not break the law? Why do we need these hearings?
Just wondering......what is all the fuss? I am curious about all the controversy. Is this KIDS FOR CASH scandal just a bunch of nonsense? Really folks let us get down to the real stories!

Is this Commission set up to hear the whole story or is it just a front to show the innocence of those in question? Is this forum used to show the public that there were no crimes against any victims?

Perhaps it was okay to get richer on the tax payers' backs and they are guilt free.

BELOW ARE TWO ARTICLES THAT GIVES FURTHUR TESTIMONY. THIS TESTIMONY REVEALS A VERY FAST PACED ROUTINE. IT WAS ACCEPTED AS THE PROPER PROCEDURE AND PRACTICE.

UPDATE: Assistant DA describes rushed pace, incomplete information in juvenile courts

Assistant District Attorney Tom Killino told the juvenile justice........

THE SCHOOL SYSTEMS' REPORTS OF INCIDENTS, APPLICATIONS FOR GRANT FUNDS to support programs and the effectiveness of ALTERNATE EDUCATION PROGRAMS ARE UNDER A MICROSCOPE.
PERHAPS THAT IS A GOOD THING!

    This is very complicated.

School Districts in the whole county must defend themselves. Now the perception is: The local school districts used the juvenile justice system to get the
"bad" kids out of the schools quickly.

We all know that the regular education teachers have large class sizes and high demands to produce students who have achieved. We all want ideal class sizes and less problems in the classroom. We all know that to ease their stressors in the classroom teachers will ask for help.

This can be seen with children who are mentally, physically and emotionally challenged.
Classroom aides, therapy support staff and extra adults in the room are not always appreciated by the regular education teacher. It sometimes interferes with their program goals. The size of the room is also a limitation.

If a student is a harm to himself and others then other ideas are considered.

This is not an easy process. It depends on the age of the student and their abilities to understand the consequences of their actions.
